As per the latest policy of COVID-19, from now on, the requirements of passengers from Afghanistan to China are adjusted as follows:

Ⅰ. Testing Requirements

1) Take one PCR test within 48 hours before direct fight to China .

2)  Passengers taking international transit flights shall take 1 PCR test either at the origin or transit country within 48 hours from the departure time of the direct flights to China. For example, if you apply to our embassy for a health code with a PCR test result of which the time is within 48 hours before the departure time of the direct flights to China, you can check in by the health code issued by our embassy, with no need to apply for a health code again in the transit country.

3)  No extra tests are required for passengers who were previously infected, close contact, or with suspected symptoms. All passengers can apply for HDC with 1 negative PCR test result within 48 hours before departure to China.

Ⅲ . Please upload all the required documents and qualified test result through the portal http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/

Ⅳ. If you decide to apply for HDC to the Chinese embassy in the origin country, please present the valid HDC while boarding during transit process; if you decide to apply in the transit country, please make sure all the regulations of the China embassy in the transit country clear for you.

Ⅴ. Be careful in your journey not to get infected.

The notice shall come into force from its release. In case any discrepancy exits between the previous notices and the present one, the latter shall prevail.
