On September 11th, the second batch of emergency humanitarian aid provided by the Chinese government to Afghanistan arrived in Kabul. The aid was jointly received by representatives from the Embassy of China in Afghanistan, Afghan Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and National Disaster Management Authority.
