On April 14th, Minister Bao Xuhui met with H.E. Sheikh Shahabudin Dilawer, President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, and transferred an emergency humanitarian cash assistance of US$100,000 provided by the Red Cross Society of China, to support Afghanistan in flood relief work.

Dilawar appreciated the assistance provided by the Red Cross Society of China, and stated that the Red Crescent Society will utilize this donation to disaster relief and reconstruction in a timely and transparent manner.
