Notice for Consular Legalization

Ⅰ.Consular Legalization service is available for both Chinese citizens and foreign citizens.

Ⅱ.The Chinese Embassy in Kabul can legalize notarial deeds and other documents issued by relevant agencies of Afghanistan for use in China. The deeds or documents should be certificated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.

Documents Requirements:

Ⅰ. Fill out the Application Form of Notarization/ Legalization of the Embassy/ Consulate of the People's Republic of China.

Ⅱ. The original version and copies of documents which have already been certificated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the documents with 2 more pages should not be bound separately, or they will be invalid).

Ⅲ. The passports and copies of the applicants and related personnel.
